Ok this is probably my favorite category. I mean who doesn't love pasta? Learn how to make your favorites like Mac & Cheese, Pesto Pasta, and even Bolognese all from plants! I usually leave it up to the cook to decide what type of pasta to use in these recipes. I prefer a balance of white pasta to whole wheat and chickpea or lentil options. I call it my "weeknight pasta" when I want to make it more nutritious by using a pasta with fiber and protein. But sometimes you just need regular white pasta in your life.
